1. General Provisions

r990bt is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between r990bt and all registered members of the platform.

In these Terms, "we", "us" or "r990bt" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You", "member" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

r990bt reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you have accepted the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to revisit this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Identity Verification

To open a valid account on r990bt, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, address, date of birth and contact details provided at registration must match your national ID card or passport.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended and any stored balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date at all times. If false or incorrect information is provided, r990bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. Withdrawals may also be put on hold if a request for identity verification goes unanswered.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

3. Age Restrictions

At the time of registration or at any stage, r990bt may request an ID card or other documents for age verification. Failure to provide documents or proof that a user is a minor will result in the account being closed immediately and all stored funds being forfeited.

If it becomes known that a minor has used an account, all transactions made on that account will be considered void and r990bt will bear no liability.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on r990bt is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Identity Verification

For security reasons, r990bt may request additional documents for identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This process helps ensure the safety of your funds.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

The r990bt welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the deposit amount must be at least ৳300.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) before they can be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered to make the bonus funds withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
• The bonus cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the time limit set by r990bt, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse promotional offers may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another member.

5.3 VIP Program

The r990bt VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level. Higher levels come with greater benefits. r990bt reserves the right to change the terms or benefits of VIP membership.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on r990bt are operated in a secure, transparent and fair manner. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted unintentionally due to a technical error, r990bt reserves the right to void it.
• For sports betting, markets close once the event has started.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server error, network issue or any other technical reason, r990bt may cancel that round and return the staked funds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r990bt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or card.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating r990bt staff or conducting any fraudulent activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

r990bt may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Identification of a minor.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Security or fraud risk.
